Saber Engineering offers Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design Services for our clients as well as Fire Protection, LEED and Building Information Modeling (BIM). We specialize in Architectural Engineering with a wide range of experience in systems analyses, construction administration, prototype development, and third party review. We possess expertise in many project types including both large and small systems for upfits, replacement of the existing systems, and new constructions, with quick delivery and customer satisfaction in mind.

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM):

• We are available to provide drawings completed with REVIT software

LEED PROJECTS

• We have extensive experience in LEED projects including design and online information input.
• All of our PEs and some additional staff members are LEED Accredited Professionals

PLUMBING

• Plumbing systems design (hot and cold water, waste and vent, storm water).
• Sustainable design for systems such as Water Reduction, Grey Water collection, and Rain Water collection.
• Specialized piping systems such as Compressed Air, Medical Gas, Natural/LP Gas, and Grease/Oil Separation.
• Process Piping Systems for Industrial (equipment) and Laboratory (Acid Waste/Neutralization) applications.

MECHANICAL

• Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning Design and Energy Recovery Systems.
• Analyses of existing and/or new systems for Air Quality, Life Cycle Costs, Energy Use, and Feasibility Studies.
• Process systems design for Refrigeration Systems, Chiller/Boiler plants, Cooling Towers, Steam Systems, and Industrial Equipment Exhaust and Ventilation.
• Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Constant Air Volume (CAV) system design.

ELECTRICAL

• Electrical building systems design including Lighting, Controls, Emergency Power Generation and Power Distribution.
• Interior and exterior photometric studies.
